Last week, Northern Appliance Repair Services was sent to my house to assess my Samsung washing machine. They called beforehand and let me know when they would be arriving, arrived on time and was friendly yet professional. They returned for the actual repair today- punctual, friendly, thorough, and very helpful. Very pleased with the repair, as mentioned to the tech at the time of the repair – we use a handful of different appliance service companies but for repairs at my own home (or for relatives) I’ve defaulted to you guys, always pleased with the service.
